About Me
Organizational Transformation Global DEIAB Advisor
I am a first-generation daughter of immigrants and a product of New York City. From a young age, family trips to Belize ignited my curiosity about the world. It sparked my passion for working with non-governmental organizations and government entities to improve access to healthcare services in more than five countries. As a program manager, I oversaw medical missions in Honduras, Guatemala, Ghana, Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Nicaragua.

My lifework focuses on decolonizing international spaces and creating strategies to build cultural awareness in the workplace. I worked with tech, non-profit, finance, and consulting industries to develop training programs for people managers and employees. I worked in the healthcare field to coach hospital staff, OBGYNs, and pediatric providers on how to integrate a human-centered trauma-informed approach. I consulted hospital sites on group care implementation plans and how to measure programmatic impact via patient surveys. As a public speaker, I share my expertise in addressing global racial public health disparities and DEIAB practices. I led a talk for the US Department of State.
